DO NOT EAT HERE. I called ahead, explained that I had a severe gluten/wheat allergy & they said it was no problem & they could make my meal gluten free. I took it to go & did not check the bag before leaving. When I got home I realized that my chicken was fried. Called them & they confirmed that it is made in the same fryer as everything else & it is “gluten free” because they didn’t put sauce on it. They do not realize that deep frying it is gluten & do not take proper precautions. They did nothing to fix it & would not give me my money back.
Been here many times and it was always great and I never felt sick. Hadn’t been for around six months. Ordered takeout recently and found a piece of meat from a separate dish in my food, likely not gluten free. Waiting to get sick now. I’m disappointed, they had always been really careful in the past. I don’t think I’ll go back in the future.
GF Chinese Food. What a rarity!
I called before ordering to see what items could be made GF, with a hint of their guidance and reviews I opted for Orange Chicken and my kryptonite- Green Beans. Both served with steamed white rice.
Light batter on Orange Chicken tasted okay, overall flavor good. Thinking they must be using flat or bitter style oil to sauté.
$1.50 GF upcharge.
Almost everything could be gluten free. I had the egg drop soup and orange beef, it was super delicious!! The food is made in woks, and they clean the wok between each order :)
I ordered gluten free orange chicken for pick up through the grub hub app, was very pleased that it came back as truly being gluten free on my Nima sensor! So happy to have found some safe and delicious Chinese food. My only gripe was they gave me a fortune cookie still, but since it was on the side, no big deal. In the future I will tell them no cookie.
I saw the high ratings and previous comments so called the restaurant to confirm gluten free and cross contamination precautions. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Many menu items can be prepared gluten free. My guest has a shellfish allergy so they were also great about working with that!
Most items on the menu can be made gluten free for a $1 upcharge, and the server even brought out gluten free soy sauce for me! I took a proactive Glutenease when I got home just in case but felt fine during and after my meal.
Never thought I'd eat "cheap" Chinese food again 😭😭😭
Oh and the honey chicken was delicious!
Have eaten here multiple times and never been sick. Almost anything can be made gluten free
