Staff is knowledgeable about gluten free issues. Limited options but they’re delicious! Ive had the Kongpo Shaptrak, butter tea, and chai masala tea with a salad. They don’t have a dedicated fryer but I’ve eaten here with no issues. If you’re very sensitive I wouldn’t recommend.
