Interesting to read about people having see if experiences year. The workers in the food truck told me that if I have celiac, I should not eat there as they cannot take the proper precautions in the small kitchen to avoid cross-contamination.

Little Tomato is great. This is one of the truly safe pizza places to eat at as a celiac in the twin cities. For such a large metro area, there are surprisingly few places where people with full blown gluten allergies can go to get a slice in the cities. Little tomato has you covered. You can indicate that you have an allergy while ordering and they are parked right outside a cidery so you can have all the drinks you need while you wait. Oh, did I mention they cook it in a brick oven? These pizzas are reasonably priced too. Can’t get enough of this place.

I have eaten safely here so many times and love it. The pizza is the best GF tasting I have had in Minneapolis. Additionally although not gluten free completely, they are very safe and are happy to answer any questions or concerns

Cheese bread was excellent and so was the “Steve” pizza.
Yes
Gluten free pizzas with great toppings. They are outside of Number 12 Cider, so it is a Gluten Free adventure!
