The owner has celiac and the staff is well versed and knowledgeable on the topic. Our waitress even took the time to go through each item on the menu line by line to not only translate (foolish Americans who can't speak French!) but indicate what would be safe. Fries are fried on their own and I had the best steak frites in my life! Nextdoor to Joe Beef with the same management-this is their seafood joint!
