Very good food didn't mention anything gluten free but I ordered all the ones that were marked GF without cross contamination. I had the pulled chicken, collard greens, coleslaw and potato salad. All was amazing in taste and safe, all the sauces are GF as well. Definitely will be back and decent prices for BBQ place.
Bbq. Food excellent. Had ribs (amazing flavor), wings (smoked then baked - typical flash fried but they baked bc of gluten allergy), brisket - amazing too. Also had collard greens and string beans- all delish. Highly recommend.
Menu has 3 levels of annotations: Gluten free, gluten free w potential cross contamination and not gluten free.
They have an allergen menu of all the food they serve both online and at the counter. The person taking the order didn't seem to think it was necessary to notify the kitchen as long as I order food without gluten on the menu. That being said most of their meat items and some veggie dishes are gluten free so it seems safe if the food doesn't need to be cooked in a fryer. We didn't get sick.
While this isn’t a dedicated gluten free restaurant, the staff has always been helpful and friendly with ensuring safe celiac practices. I’m very sensitive and hate not had issues. Do note, the fries are not in a dedicated fryer and not safe for celiacs. But that is noted on menu too.
I have Celiacs and I need to be super careful. The staff was very knowledgeable and made me comfortable enough to order. Great BBQ. I got the PIG OUT PLATTER. Amazing!! If you bring your own gluten-free bread they will make the sandwiches, like the Cuban on it. All the sauces are gluten-free. Highly recommend if you like BBQ and their potato salad was delish
Very gluten-free friendly. We like the whole BBQ chicken, the dry rub wings, ribs and cole slaw. They also deliver in the immediate area. Recommend this place.
The restaurant has GF items identified on the menu, all their BBQ sauce is GF, and some items are GF* because the location I was at didn’t have a GF dedicated fryer.
Not sure why other reviewer noted wrapped cornbread…it is wrapped, but it is not GF.
