They have a separate menu printed with different dietary accommodations including gluten free and dairy free. Sushi was decent.
honestly none. the waiter was hesitant to ask the kitchen staff if their ponzu and eel sauces were made with soy sauce (which has gluten in it) and when he did ask he said yes. 4 of the 7 rolls LABELED GF on their menu have both sauces on it. when i asked him what the deal was with that he shrugged and said he didn't know but he could ask them to leave the sauce off if i wanted. so beware that items on their menu labeled as gluten free are not in fact gluten free.
The service was great, prompt and friendly. It's a strange menu with sushi, hibachi, tacos and sandwiches. We had sushi (spicy tuna rolls yum!), Chicken nachos, steak hibachi, and a philly cheese steak, the philly was the only thing not GF(husbands food) . Their drink menu is fantastic. I would absolutely go back.

The staff knew a lot about eating gluten free and really pointed me towards something that was amazing!
The menu contains GF options, including tacos and sushi. The staff is also very knowledgeable about gluten. They have gluten free soy sauce.
