The man running the kebab truck was very honest and knew about cross contamination etc. He has previously investigated having gluten free options but decided against it as it was too difficult to guarantee. The chips are gluten free but not in a dedicated fryer, which he was open about. He told me another customer had checked out the meat etc and she was happy it was GF. I had a HSP and suffered no symptoms, however I am only intolerant, not coeliac.
