Not enough can be said about the gluten free haven hidden in Lola’s. The amount of gf (celiac friendly) options packed into this little Italian market seemed too good to be true!! They have a freezer full of gf products in addition to their fresh cannoli (best I’ve had) and all the subs they can make gf. Come hungry!

Been diagnosed with Celiac disease for over a year.

Best deli I have been in (not even close).

My description would involved words like helpful (staff) , clear (signage), delicious food (next morning was great), safe (manager has a child with gluten allergies). I don't live in Massachusetts, but was visiting parents, who go to a restaurant nearby, and found this (thanks Fine Me GF), I took home a dinner - it was awesome. Everything about this experience was great. It's a hidden gem for those with CD diagnosis. Loved it!

Delicious subs and cannolis! They have a dedicated kitchen space and very aware of allergies and celiac. Even have a whole freezer of prepared GF meals. Their website states they use GF flour in their hot dishes too!

This place is amazing! Love going here to get a sub. The bread tastes like real bread!!! Love that they also have GF cannolis and an area of GF premade meals to bring home also.

Food was great and they were very friendly. They treat all gluten free sandwiches as celiac regardless of telling them you are. Sub rolls are Schar but hey a sandwich is a sandwich. They also have GF food for takeout in fridges.

This is an amazing place! So many GF choices and the food is delicious. Lots of GF frozen dinners to buy for later. My daughter has other food allergies besides celiac and the staff was extremely patient and answered all our questions. When it turned out she couldn’t have the cannoli shells due to a chick pea allergy they gave us the cannoli filling in a container which we took home and ate with berries! Yum!

I just have to say that these people have the best customer service! We got a bunch of frozen dinners and also some cannolis. When I got home I got nervous that I hadn’t specified that the Cannolis were GF, so I called. The owner remembered me and confirmed they were GF but also had me text her pictures for double confirmation! They were delicious.

Lola’s is our go to lunch destination. The gluten free sandwich rolls are delicious and the sandwiches/wraps themselves are to die for.

I also pick up GF frozen meals (chicken broccoli Alfredo, arancini, lasagna, etc) which are great for quick, tasty dinners!

I had a gluten free chicken parm sub that was absolutely delicious and huge! I could eat it for 2 meals! I also got a gf frozen lasagna that my non-gf family also enjoyed! Highly recommend!

Had gone here several times and had good experiences but sadly, a month ago I ordered take-out from their advertised Gluten-Free Fridays and was violently ill. My son (non-celiac) ate the same food I ate (I am Celiac) and he was fine so I'm fairly certain I was glutened as opposed to good poisoning. I now won't go back.... I only post this as a warning to celiacs to be extra careful.

By far the best gf sub bread! Toasted roll for my steak tips and cheese that was AMAZING!!! I haven’t had a sub that good since I moved to MA. So excited to have found this little gem, so much gf options to choose from (including cannolis!!). Staff was attentive and friendly. Highly recommend.

The gf sub rolls are fantastic! Sturdy and chewy, doesn’t fall apart while you’re eating. There are so many options for subs and the have many frozen prepared meals. I recently had their spinach lasagna and it was incredible. I highly recommend them!!

They have gluten options alongside the gf ones but double and triple check to be super clear about what is and is not gf. Fryer is cross contaminated.

Good size portions, excellent sub rolls, most sandwiches can be made gluten free. Nothing deep fried as the fryer is cross contaminated. Excellent sandwiches, this is my new go to!

Thank you for having some of the best gf options in this area. I had a gf Italian sub, first time in 4 years, with the sub roll that was just like a regular sub roll. Great gf canolis. Can't wait to try more.

I called ahead and ordered a large steak and cheese on a GF sub roll. I’ve seen Lola’s on Instagram and they seemed to have quite the few GF options. Well let me tell you this was the best sub I’ve had in years. Simple out delicious. The roll was out of this world. Worth the thirty minute drive. Will def be back.

So many gluten-free choices, and they are mindful about all the precautions for gluten-free. The grinders were amazing and you really cannot tell the difference. Cannolis were also perfect. I will definitely be a regular here!

Grinders are so good you're sure they're not GF! Everything is very fresh and delicious. GF menu items are clearly marked. The large GF grinder is actually large, plenty big enough to share. GF take home freezer meals are also available, along with a few GF Italian groceries. Everything is reasonably priced for GF. Lola's is an absolute must visit if you're anywhere in the area.

I love this place. They make delicious sandwiches and have a wide variety of frozen take home meals and desserts. Also, amazing (albeit pricey) GF cannolis. If you are craving a quality sandwich or hoagie - do stop in.

We had a great meal for 8 from there - Chicken Parm with GF ziti. It tasted great. We had 2 people with celiac that were thrilled with the meal. They were knowledgeable and helpful with our order. Glad to have a place like this in town.

Just had their GF Cannoli. It was a bit pricey, but delicious and great knowing that it was 100% GF and fresh! Highly recommend this place. Server said that they have GF Friday’s with subs. Definitely going back.

visited here many times and had many lovely meals. one visit I ordered a chicken caesar wrap gluten free, and it came with croutons. after calling to double check before eating them, they informed me they made a mistake. they are usually careful but that instance has turned me away

Found this little gem while in the Natick area. They have delicious pre made GF meals in a freezer case (enough for two people/meals) I picked up: chicken picatta and a lasagna. Also, they offer few sweet treats: FRESH GF cannolis and FRESH GF Italian cookies. DELICIOUS! Also ordered a sub (made on Schar bread) Warm, grilled chicken w/ provolone cheese and carmelized onions; yummy.

Found this place when catering a wedding shower for GF bride. Fantastic! And so many choices. So glad I found this place! Even non GF people raved!

went there today extremely helpful .had an Italian sub on gluten free sub roll , very good sub was overstuffed with coldcuts and fresh condiments lettuce etc. also brought home a baked shells and a chicken parm frozen meal haven't had them yet but they look great.
