Reliably safe chain for GF eating. Friendly staff. GF food brought out separately from non-GF.
A number of gluten free items on the menu. The waiter asked if I was coeliac (which I am) and then advised to switch the potato wedges to mashed potatoes. The potato wedges are cooked in the same fryer as items that are not gluten free.

Clueless waitress and clueless chef, had no idea or advice on what would be safe for me to eat and said there was no gluten free frier. Awful experience.
Always good meal and safe fir the Honky Tonk chicken they do GF and DF.
Great service and really aware of coeliac disease and cross-contamination. We've eaten here several times since our son was diagnosed and they've moved from oven-baked fries to a dedicated GF fryer! Great care taken with his dessert too.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were advised not to order fries for my Coeliac daughter as staff couldn't guarantee cross contamination which was fine. She enjoyed her burger and lots of options available on menu. Will definitely be back.
Be aware. Previously rated 5 star but must have been a change in management and chefs as no don't have a clue. Specifically stated Master was coeliac and needed special meal. Then had to question the meal delivered twice before they admitted the chips were cooked in same fryer as gluten. Had been here many times before with great service and safe food, but won't be back again
