I have eaten at this Longhorn several times, and I have been fine every time. I speak with the manager each time to ensure proper preparation, and I was told that they have some dedicated gluten free utensils. Make sure to look at their allergen menu to ensure that the item ordered is gluten free. I am always particularly careful when eating here considering that it is a chain restaurant and it is usually very busy.

Decent food. GF options but do your research before arriving!! I was handed a corporate binder with their allergens (not a menu) upon arrival. It was quite funny but if you had to dissect their menu at the table you would be there all day! Salad with steak is a good option.

Very extensive GF menu. They are quite knowledgeable at this specific location on the importance of cross contamination and such. I get the Parmesan crusted chicken with no breadcrumbs with the loaded baked potato and it is quite amazing.

So giving it 1 star for now. They did not offer a gluten-free menu, I did ask.. I showed my waiter what I found online and asked some questions but he didn't really know either so I told him what I wanted and asked them to go ask the cook. They said what I ordered would be fine. But here I am 2 hours later sick. I don't know if they put croutons on my salad and then pick them off and didn't tell me. I don't know if the season sauteed mushrooms actually have soy sauce or worcestershire. I can't find any ingredient list for that item. Not safe.

very accommodating and servers are happy to do so as well! they have a separate gluten free menu which shows what you can eat/how you can make it gf to eat, and my food was delicious! also not super pricey as a lot of other gf places in the area are and my family loved it.
