I explained that I had a severe allergy to gluten and the server brought me their allergen menu and made not with my order. So far, I’ve had no reaction.

The servers are amazing. Kid and knowledgeable. They do not blink at my service animal. Food is tasty and I have never had an issue over several visits.

I have never gotten sick eating at this or other Longhorn locations...Manchester, Nashua, Concord or Amherst. They do not list GF options on the menu but you can ask for the allergen/ ingredient book and wait staff have always communucated my needs to kitchen and since 2011 have eaten here safely. Food and service consistently good. My go to is ribeye, garden salad with ranch (specify no croutons) and the sweet or baked potato!

The staff was knowledgeable about gf and cc. They have a separate binder that lists common allergens and the first page is a list of gluten free items. My husband and I ordered two gf meals so I could choose what I wanted, and he also enjoyed his side glutens. I was able to try the shrimp and lobster chowder, Caesar salad (no croutons, tossed in a separate bowl, brought out by a different waitress), fire roasted corn on the cob, sweet potato, shrimp, sirloin, ribeye, and strawberry lemonade! It was all delicious, except the rice, which I found bland. I had no reactions and will eat there again.

I told the waiter and manager that that I had celiac disease and couldn’t eat gluten. She said she couldn’t promise a 100 % gluten free experience. Beware
They had a separate gluten free menu, but some shared equipment in the back. Lots of options and for less than 20 dollars. I got shrimp and it was SUPERB
