Really good steak and I’ve eaten here sooooo many times and never gotten sick! Mashed potatoes have a weird flavor though haha

Great service. Waiter was knowledgeable and told the kitchen to take extra precautions for celiac. I did not get sick at all and the food was delicious.

Limited menu but friendly staff
My husband and I shared the smoky garlic outlaw ribeye steak, and the waitress made sure the marinade was GF. Also had a salad, forgot to say no croutons, but she gladly made me a new one. Thorough listing of GF options in binder--just ask for it! Everything's was delicious!
Have eaten here several times for lunch and dinner both. I am gluten intolerant. They have a large binder showing what is GF. They don't have a separate kitchen but they seem knowledgeable and understand when you say you are GF. I have never gotten sick here. Will continue to visit this location.
10/10 experience! Our host immediately asked if we’d be needing the allergen menu while seating us, which was awesome. The main menu does not label, but I was able to cross reference with the allergen menu when I ordered. I ordered the 6oz filet with lobster tail, brussel sprouts and a sweet potato. The lobster tail was SO good, steak was delicious and tender, and sides also great!
The only thing that concerned me was the bread they serve for the tables. Obviously they handle a LOT of gluten since all the tables get loaves, but as long as you’re careful it’s okay.

Great food and the kitchen staff was knowledgeable of celiacs and gluten allergies. They also have a dedicated French fry frier.
Updated for 2024: I’ve eaten here a couple times, usually when I’m visiting town, I’ve never gotten sick. Just be up front with your celiac status and the waiters will help you.

We often eat at Longhorn when we travel as they seem to do a couple meals well GF when you and wcplain why. It takes a little longer but i have never gotten sick there. That may not be true for all locations we found out. Our waiter was very nice and was unsure the answer to a few of our question. In our home state once they know you are Celiac not just eating GF the chef comes to the table to ensure he has your order and your meal comes out with a "toothpick" type thing denoting it's yours. None of that happene here. My husband ordered the same as I did and they both came out without the the "toothpick" he asked how they knew which was which and the staff person replied "what, they are the same" then after he explained why he asked, he told us they must have cooked both meals special. We explained to him we were concerned and he said he was sure they were fine .
