Review of LongHorn Steakhouse

Had a great experience at this restaurant. Allergen menu explicitly states they can't guarantee an allergen-free kitchen and there is a potential risk for CC with most of the items on their menu, but I explained that I have CD to our waitress and asked if they could wipe down the grill prior to cooking my steak to keep the risk of CC to a minimum, and she said she'll make sure they cook my steak in an allergen grill tray, so it will never have to come on contact with the actual regular grill at all. She was also very particular about asking what could and couldn't go on my salad and my baked potato, and made sure everything was as safe as possible. Will definitely be eating there again.
