This place knows their stuff! They have a gluten-free menu, and many dishes can be safely modified. I am a very sensitive celiac, and I did not get sick. I ate the dip duo, the artichoke, french fries, and the macho salad without croutons. They have a dedicated fryer and the servers are great. Plus everything is super delicious!
They are knowledgeable, have a gf menu now. I've gotten their macho salads many times (with no croutons) asking them to be careful about cross contamination. Also had their steaks which are safe. They have other options as well. Little pricey but good food.
My waitress was incredibly knowledgeable about cross-contamination and careful to ensure all food was prepared GF. Their GF menu was extensive and I had no issues after eating there.
