All of their tortillas are made with wheat flour mixed in. Was there today after reading the review. Was told nothing was safe. We saw them making their own tortillas with both maise and wheat. Do not eat here.

All gluten free! Serves tacos, quesadillas and beef broth. All freshly made and delicious. This place is not fancy - all outdoor seating - but it’s really good!

We are big fans of Birria. When we first moved to Bucerías, 45 minutes from our (then) favorite birrieria, we went on the hunt for a suitable replacement. We found it in the heart of town, a block off the beach. Following a lengthy conversation with the owners we learned that ALL of their food and home made aguas are gluten free. They take no shortcuts. And their traditional “from scratch” recipes deliver the richest, most enjoyable Birria de Res we’ve ever encountered. Their tortillas, from the little tortillería up the street, are made from pure corn masa, in a dedicated corn-only facility. I have Celiac Disease and enjoy all the food at Los Dorados de Villa, our current favorite birreria, with zero reaction. Seek this place out. Go out of your way to find it. Tell them Mike sent you.
