Los Tres Amigos

Since last January, I have had the fajapina several times, and have done fine. Old review: I am not celiac, and I am very sensitive to gluten, less so to dairy, but I ate the chips and the tacos de carnitas, and was okay. Minor symptoms 24 hours later suggests there may have been a very tiny bit of gluten, so if you are Celiac proceed with caution. (Usually if there is a lot of gluten, I have symptoms the same day, much more severe.)
