It’s safe. I’ve had it at multiple of their locations and never had any issues. All you have to do is tell them you have an allergy and they take the necessary precautions. It is not a gluten free kitchen but I feel good eating here. Excellent sandwiches and pizza.

I’ve eaten here a handful of times, my place of work would often order delivery from here. The sandwiches always came wrapped in plastic wrap, so they weren’t getting cross contact in travel at least, but I also have a hard time trusting that people actually don’t just dip a bread crumb covered knife into the mayo before they make my sandwich, so I was careful about what I ordered. I went in once and asked about their measures and they explained the measures they take to prevent cross contact and stated they had a separate oven they just did GF pizzas in, but that it was underneath the reg oven. Idk. Everything sounded great, but I feel like every time I’ve eaten here I haven’t felt great afterwards. It could have been gluten from someplace else, sometimes I have a hard time pinpointing since I do tend to eat out a lot. I did like the crust, some of the better gf crust I’ve had (didn’t feel like that pre-bought cardboard a lot of ppl use), but I also am wary and wouldn’t take my mom here (also celiac).

I wasn’t impressed by their gluten free pizza. They said they cook the gluten free pizza on a separate rack in the oven. I had a mild stomach ache after eating, but that could have been from the garlic or grease (which also bothers my stomach). Regardless, I didn’t like the crust, so I probably won’t get it again.

Food is delicious but they aren’t careful and don’t listen. I got glutened here

I like this neighborhood spot a lot, but a bit weary about cross contamination there. They have told me they can't guarantee food has not come in contact with gluten. So celiacs need to be careful.
