Review of Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

I've ordered their deep dish GF here multiple times and have not gotten sick. My brother is also celiac and has had great experiences with this location. The pizzas only come in a small (1-2 person) size so you need to order a bit for a celiac party :) but it's been perfect to satisfy that deep dish craving. You can customize toppings if desired and they have a Buttercrust option - soo tasty. Since they aren't a dedicated GF restaurant, there's obviously a risk factor involved, but as I mentioned, I haven't gotten sick eating their 'za.
