Best gluten free pizza in the city! The gluten free deep dish is amazing. Always feel safe eating here

I tried the thin crust first a few months ago. That was a miss. Very thin, like a cracker. I abandoned my very favorite pizza place with a tear in my eye. And the rest of my gluten-loving family was extremely sad because they knew this meant the end for them too.
But two weeks ago we discovered they had a true deep dish option. Not that “sausage patty as a crust” nonsense. And I tentatively ordered it. The heavens opened from above and shone down upon me. THIS! THIS IS IT! It’s not exactly the same as their famous deep dish, but it’s pretty close.
Is it expensive? Yes. Does it only come in small? Yes. Would I order it again! Yes yes and yes. I’ve had it twice now and haven’t gotten sick.
So yes, Virginia, there is a Lou Malnati’s GF option. And now I truly believe.

Not celiac safe. Pizza tasted so good; however, immediately after I knew I had been gluten’d. They said that it was allergen friendly but definitely was not (even had the manager check off and included it on the receipt). Would not eat the pizza here again

The offer gluten-free pizza but I do not believe it is certified or made in it’s own oven.
Pizza was very tasty and they had a great handle on food allergies in general including GF and how to avoid cross contamination. Would definitely recommend.
Yes
I have ordered their crustless pizza every Friday for the last year. We have pizza crust from Senza Bakery that we store in the freezer and put our Lou Malnati's pizza on. Not once, have we gotten sick.
Yes
Gluten free options, yes. But the Chicago style gluten free deep dish pizza was mediocre at best. Toppings were delicious, however the crust was chewy and challenging to eat.

Cross contamination š Flavor was delicious but GF crust was so hard you could hear it scrape my teeth and I got sick from a cross contamination

I’ve always loved deep dish pizza so when I got diagnosed with celiac I was worried I’d never be able to enjoy it again. Thankfully, I live right by a Lou Malnatis location and get their deep dish GF pizza all the time!! It is definitely the most authentic GF deep dish crust and I’ve personally never gotten sick from their pizza (I’ve ordered it a ton).

They have the thin and deep dish crusts made off site to help minimize the cross contact. But due to this they have limited sizes available. Also, just me personally, I don't care for thee flavor of their crusts.

Didn’t get sick, I feel fine. So that’s good. The pizza sauce was the blandest I have ever had. I wouldn’t eat here again.
