Review of Louie's Wine Dive

I had the chicken picatta, to go. The ticket wasn’t marked gf, and the person ringing me up said it was gf. I asked “All the time?” He said, I think so. I told him I had to know for sure, so he asked another of the wait staff who said, it was always gf. I had low confidence but took it with me anyway. Got it home and the only taste it had was vaguely cajun blackened spice. A lemon on the side. Definitely not chicken picatta, and no where good enough to risk it.

I’ve also had the gf fish and chips here. I really, really wanted that to be good, but it is always hard (not crispy) and burned. And the fries are limp and greasy. The food just isn’t worth the risk. I won’t go back.
