Lover's Pizza & Pasta

Generally, the gf pizza is fairly tasty. The gf crust is extremely thin, and since gf dough cooks more quickly than wheat flour dough, they often tend to burn the crust. Occasionally, they get it just right. Last night was not a good one.

They only had gf pizza not gf pasta. Kids enjoyed the cheese gf pizza. There is a gf macaroon place in the same strip mall

The gf pizza is excellent and is on special on Tuesday's for the small size.

Pleasant surprise! GF crust in a 14" size. I also have other food intolerances, and they were good about altering a salad for me.

I am not Celiac but gluten sensative so I do not have some of the same requirements. I asked them the crust and pasta were handled. the manager said they order from a company and it DOES NOT TOUCH any wheat flour.The pizza crust is wonderful and service very good. They are very careful with the GF foods and persons' needs.
