MY WIFE HAS HIGHLY SENSITIVE CELIAC DISEASE. SINCE DIAGNOSED IN 2008 SHE HAS NEVER FOUND A DECENT GF, CELIAC SAFE BREAD. UNTIL NOW! LUCE 'S BAKEHOUSE OF BEND, OR MAKES THE BEST GF SOURDOUGH BREAD SHE HAS EVER EATEN. TOTALLY CELIAC SAFE. IT TASTES AND HAS THE TEXTURE OF A REGULAR SOURDOUGH LOAF. LUCE'S BBREAD IS AVAILABLE AT THE NWX SATURDAY MARKET AND EVERY TUESDAY AT LOCAVORE IN BEND.
