Numerous GF options on the dinner menu. Had the lobster deviled eggs. Very pricey but delicious and where else will you get them. Also had the scallops with lobster risotto. Superb.

The staff very knowledgeable but the French toast is cross-contaminated (would it be so hard to fix that)?

As previously stated, they use the same batter for the GF French toast as the regular, so there’s cross contamination. I ended up getting the oatmeal, which was bland (I tasted cinnamon in one bite of a large bowl), but did the trick for needing food. The others I was with got an omelet (was okay) and (non GF) pancakes (good). The overall feeling was it was overpriced. On the plus side, the staff were very nice.

Maybe it’s better for lunch, but it’s a pass for us for breakfast.

Phenomenal gluten free French toast, but had we not checked the reviews here, we wouldn't have known about it-it wasn't listed anywhere on the menu. Basically anything they make on bread (including the breakfast sandwich with gf hash browns) can be done gluten free, they just don't advertise for reasons I don't fully understand.

French toast made in the same batter per the waitress!!! THEREFORE NOT GLUTEN FREE what a joke!! Why bother!? Thank god I asked about preparation or my trip would have been ruined.

Don't you hate it when everyone loves a place and you're the only wet blanket rating?

Lucky Hank's has a lovely atmosphere and they're very friendly.

The French toast is made with Udi's and is a far cry from "phenomenal". It was edible as sandwich bread French toast with pancake syrup would be. If that's your bag then it'll knock your socks off. But it left me wishing I had gotten one of their yummy sounding omelettes instead.

The only other weird thing I found was the $1 extra for a local egg. Hey! We have local eggs! But if you don't feel like paying the extra buck per we have the usual caged crap too. Just seemed odd to me to plug the option of local instead of just using all local eggs and making that a thing.

Otherwise it was a sweet place to go.

Beautiful interior and excellent service. Most of their menu items can be made gluten-free, and they have gf bread for toast and sandwiches.
