Great seafood and knowledgeable about GF. I’ve eaten here safely numerous times. The menu is not marked, but staff is knowledgeable and the chef is happy to come out and talk to you. One of the best seafood spots in the area.

I tried to eat here last night and ended up having to leave. The waiter was aggressively rude. I tried to ask how they cook their sweet potatoes and he launched into a tirade about how absolutely nothing was safe for me, how they batter everything, everything is cooked on a shared surface and they “have like 3 bins of flour back there and are tossing it around everywhere”. He told me repeatedly “you can’t eat anything but raw shrimp.” I was with a group of colleagues and had to leave and it was humiliating.

A great local haunt. Often a wait to be seated (Yes, it’s that good!). — I loved this place before I was diagnosed celiac. Am so glad I can still find some tasty menu items that are safe to enjoy. — My husband is gluten free. He enjoys the Roast Cod and changes out the tempura veggies for steamed veggies. — I’m more sensitive to gluten and find their seared scallops salad (with the modification of having the scallops broiled - without seasoning) works well for me. I can also enjoy their sherry vinaigrette. Never had a reaction. Always feel pleasantly satiated with this salad entree. — I’ve also had a simply prepared fish filet on a Lucky Pelican salad. Delicious! (For example, this is exceptional when they have Wild Sockeye from Alaska on the daily fish list.)Their waitstaff are knowledgeable, supportive, and responsive, especially if they need to check with the kitchen on whether a menu item is safe “as is” or with a modification. — Their fish is ALWAYS super fresh! And I love that their daily fish list appears in order of sustainability (more sustainable options appear at the top of the list). — Highly recommend. (Just be sure to clearly communicate your dietary restrictions with the waitstaff for optimal dining experience. The kitchen is very busy at this restaurant.)
