Not safe. I came with my celiacs and while the server was amazing, and had allergies herself, the kitchen and the person that brought food were clueless. They brought a burger with a gluten bun and when we told them. They brought back the same burger meat with the bun removed. I had to restate it was an allergy and they needed to make a whole new burger. They also brought the tacos with fries that weren’t of a dedicated fryer. Not going back again even though they have items named on the menu.
Staff was friendly and they have a separate gluten free menu but there is NO dedicated kitchen space to prepare gluten free food. They were honest with us that my food would be prepared along with regular food.
Despite a gluten free menu, my salad had a crouton in it (and likely more but I stopped eating once I saw it) and when I asked for a quick fried burger patty with no bun and no sides they brought out a burger with bun and fries. Very disappointing and the kitchen can’t be trusted.

Gluten free menu but wait staff not very knowledgeable. my husband and I both ordered a Philly cheese steak, mine gluten free. Wait staff failed to mention it would be on bread and not bun. And when mine came and look nothing like my husband's hardly any Peppers or onions and meat.
This place is great. GF bread option. Very consistent.
They no longer have a gluten free fryer some of the time. They must have two and one is supposed to be, but I was informed that the second one gets used for gluten products when it's busy.
GF menu and dedicated GF fryer. Staff is hit or miss on gf knowledge. But, management is very helpful.
