My son loves Mu-Shi beef but Hoisin sauce has gluten. I didn't wan't to start from scratch so Elsa, the owner, let me order Mu-Shi vegetables with no sauce. I did a gluten tox test on it (5ppm) and it passed. Then I used my own beef and GF Hoisin Sauce. She said that any dish can be made without sauce and that she is very interested in keeping her GF costumers safe.
