They had gluten free buns. The waitress we had was knowledgeable and understood contamination. They assured us they would clean everything and use new utensils etc. They do NOT have a dedicated fryer. We did not do fries. They make their own sauces. No gluten in the delicious BBQ sauce, or burger meat. My teenage son is easily contaminated and he had a cheeseburger with bbq sauce, and their home made potato salad. He was not glutened. We had a good experience. I would go again.
