Lumes Pancake House

I love Lume's - the servers are great and knowledgeable. They cut their hash browns from real potatoes (no bag). Their omelettes are fantastic. Processes are clean and separate from any Gluten. I can't eat their GF pancakes as they contain Whey as I also have a dairy issue. However, I have never gotten sick here. There are times too where they make soups with no flour! Bonus! Truly one of my favorite places.

Server told me they cook the gluten free waffles on a separate waffle iron from the others. GF pancakes are cooked on the same grill as the others but they cook them on the opposite end to reduce contamination.

I love breakfast. Eating GF pancakes can be a chore. But I will BY CHOICE go to Lume's for breakfast or lunch just to eat their GF pancakes. A big Ole stack of em with chocolate chips : ) My brother and my mom agree, best GF pancakes around. And their omelets are good, too!

Lume's has great gluten-free pancakes, available to substitute for wheat pancakes with breakfast meals. The waffles are tasty too, but I prefer the pancakes.
