Brisket and pork ribs were amazing. Meat is so tender and ribs fall off the bone. BBQ sauce is gluten free. I asked the employees and they showed me the container ingredients. They don’t make their own sauce. BBQ sauce is French’s Cattleman’s Original Sauce. They were very nice and very knowledgeable about gluten.
There is NO gluten free menu. Staff does not know what gluten is. They all said the meat has just salt and pepper on it. The other review mentioning soy sauce may be pertaining to the BBQ sauce? Meat was uber fatty and not cheap. Potato salad was gf according to the lid of the tub they buy it in.
The staff told me that all the meat has some gluten (soy sauce) so this is not a safe choice for celiac.
The best brisket I have had. Period. I have tried BBQ in every state from Oregon, and California and into the south. The cross contamination awareness was flawless. Seriously, if you want great BBQ this is where to go.
