The staff is knowledgeable, but there is only one item truly gluten free on their menu...salad. They offer a gluten free pizza crust...but since it is cooked in ovens with regular pizza, I could not even consider it.. I had the salad with tuna, tomatoes and olives.. if you have plain lettuce salad.. ask them to leave off the croutons..

One of the best GF pizza crusts around. Staff are super supportive and helped find just the right dish for me.
