The staff is knowledgeable, but there is only one item truly gluten free on their menu...salad. They offer a gluten free pizza crust...but since it is cooked in ovens with regular pizza, I could not even consider it.. I had the salad with tuna, tomatoes and olives.. if you have plain lettuce salad.. ask them to leave off the croutons..
