How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

Staff is sweet and try to be accommodating but they don’t understand what gluten free really means. They make their own corn tortillas/chips but fry them with flour items. They mentioned soy sauce too, so I was instantly on high alert. I chose not to eat here while the rest of my family did. They enjoyed it, they said.
