Not all pastas are gluten free as stated on the menu. Half of the pastas are premade. Most of the other pastas required modifications in order to be gluten free. My pasta was also served severely mushy
Ate at Lupo for breakfast as a hotel guest and for dinner. For breakfast many GF options and the chef prepared eggs, bacon and Hf today for my son as they have a separate area to do so. For dinner they have a separate GF menu with quite a few options, and there are regular menu items they can also modify as needed. Great service and very knowledgeable. Will definitely be back.
Great restaurant! Knowledgeable staff and excellent food. Plenty of gluten-free options. I definitely recommend this restaurant. One of the best in Rehoboth Beach!

Not sure about cross contamination but they can make all pasta gluten free
Great service-be sure to make a reservation. Some dishes can be modified to be gluten free and they seemed ok about it. My chicken Parmesan was prepared with out breadcrumbs and baked. Served with gf rotini perfectly cooked. Gelato for dessert! Feb 2023 - returned to this restaurant in February and had a different experience. I’m pretty sure they cooked my gluten-free pasta in somebody else’s pasta water and it gave me trouble.
There’s an extensive GF menu and the staff was knowledgeable and cautioned me about anything I might want to taste that really wasn’t GF. I had a GF pasta dish but there were many other interesting options.
