MacDaddy's Macaroni & Cheese Bar

They have Barilla GF macaroni and the staff is super knowledgeable about what types of Mac & cheese can be made GF. My favorite is the Mac alla vodka!

The staff seemed very knowledgeable about gluten free options. It says online that they offer GF noodles, but I was unsure which flavors could be made GF, so I called ahead of time to ask. I was able to speak to someone in the kitchen, who told me that everything could be made GF except for the jambalaya option. I have celiac and am very sensitive to cross contamination, but this didn’t make me sick at all!

Staff isn’t sure of what gluten even is. Can’t tell you what something does it doesn’t contain. Does have gf pasta.

Excellent pasta. Very nice people and very aware of gluten problems
