Food was delicious. When showed celiac card, was advised to order carnitas and told the fajitas could not be made safely. Carnitas were very tasty and filling. My husband is not gluten free but is vegetarian and they were able to make him a very yummy vegetarian burrito.
Good gluten free options and nice to have somewhere to eat on Jeju. Unsure of cross contamination in the kitchen as this isn’t an issue for me. Food was delicious
Ordered the fajitas on corn tortillas which were excellent. As per the other reviews we tried to order the nachos without cheese sauce, but the server insisted that the nachos had no cheese sauce. Unfortunately they came with the cheese sauce and I had to skip the nachos and leave them to my non-celiac friends.

Really nice place, clean and cozy. I’m Mexican so for me finding a Mexican restaurants in a country so far from home is a blessing. I didn’t get any reaction with the food!
Macho Grill was such a great find on our vacation. Not only were the chips gluten free (and delicious!) But they were very helpful with ordering corn tortillas only and seemed to care that we had gluten issues in the family. I am not sure about cross contamination I the kitchen but I'm sure if you asked they would understand and assure you of their practices. Highly reocmmend. The fajitas were amazing and perfect for none family of 6 to share (we ordered 2).
Macho grill had several options to eat gluten free and the owner is able to modify. The carnitas corn tacos are gluten free (and delicious!) and ask if you can get the burrito but no tortilla. The nachos are honestly heavenly and some of the best I’ve ever eaten in my life. The nachos are gluten free as long as you ask for no nacho cheese sauce or request on the side. Do not order anything with beef as it is the bulgogi marinade containing soy sauce. Macho also has tasty margaritas on the rocks for a great price and size.
