I am gluten intolerant and my husband is celiac. We went here for dinner and each had a gluten free pasta off the “Hold the Gluten” menu. We also had an on tap cider. Neither of us had a reaction. Pasta was good and not gummy like a lot of gf pasta. We wanted pizza but they were the only chain open in the area so pizza was a long wait. Not sure the process for their pizza and cross contamination but our waitress was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We would go again.
