Manager was uninformed about gluten and cross contamination despite the restaurant having a gluten free menu. I asked for my fish to be pan fried to avoid cross contamination, as the glazes used for grilled items contain gluten, probably soy sauce. I tried to explain to the manager how a grill can be cross contaminated, and the manager went to consult with the chef, then walked the same grilled, cross contaminated fish back and tried to get me to take it again. I refused and after a lengthy wait they ended up bringing me plain salmon with no seasoning and plain asparagus with no seasoning because they didn't know what had gluten and what didn't. I ended up having to ask for butter and put salt and pepper on it. Very sad meal for $20.
