Almost everything is gluten free. However steak and some dressings are not. I usually do a build your own bowl. They have a list of which dressings are gluten free right on the glass where they make the bowls. I’ve been to this location 5 or 6 times and never have gotten sick.
They assured me all salads were gluten free. After I got sick I looked up the salad I had and sure enough the dressing and meat marinade had gluten. Not going back

I eat at two different Denver locations and have had no problems. The menu is clearly marked and the food is amazing!

Staff was helpful, everything was clearly marked. He used a new scoop and fresh not used ingredients from the back to avoid cross contamination. Tasty!

Delicious (cold) salads made for you Can make your own selections or order a prepared salad (Ty Cobb, Edgar Allen Poe, etc.). Salad dressings are marked GF but prepared selections are not. One server was GF knowledgeable; the other was not.

This place is so good! We go 2-3 times a month. It was the first place I went after getting diagnosed.
All the seasonings and dressings are clearly labeled, and there’s SO MANY gluten free options. Very few items along the line even have gluten, so there’s very little risk of cross contamination. The staff is great about taking precautions. The southwestern Caesar is my husband’s favorite, and I alternate between the Pomona and Edgar Allen Poe. The dressing is so addictive that I had to get some for my house.

I have eaten here many times and have never gotten sick. Allergen info for dressings is visibly posted. Many soups are gluten free. I feel very safe eating here.
