So many delicious options with a very well-labeled allergen list. I eat here every time I come to town. I always get great service and great food that doesn't make me sick.

Make sure you ask about GF. They are constantly getting more friendly

They are careful with gluten free and clearly marked my food gf in the kitchen. Plenty of options!

I've been going to Mad Mex forever. Their food is amazing. It's hard to order the gf options online unless you do pickup, but ypu can ask for corn tortillas instead of flour on most things.

I'm very gluten sensitive and not fully celiac, and I will eat out of the shared fryer so I can't comment on what that experience is. But I've never had issues when I specify that I can't have any gluten ingredients.

Mad Mex has been a go to for years since I was first diagnosed. Menu isn’t always marked but staff is knowledgeable. Their main gluten item is wheat tortillas and they can easily substitute for corn. Their chips are pre packaged and are safe. I always know this is a safe and delicious place to eat!

Ordered tortilla chips and salsa and steak/corn tacos. The waiter seemed at least somewhat knowledgeable.
