I get VERY anxious eating out, and I’m so glad I found this restaurant. After being sat, the waiter asked if I would like focaccia bread and after solely mentioning I had celiac he immediately offered their gluten free focaccia and explained their thorough safety procedures without me even asking! After he explained their extensive procedures, he asked which questions I have and was SO accommodating. (Designated ovens, designated counter space, safe storage, designated pots and pans)

Although I was already feeling slightly eased, the foccacia bread looked so fluffy and way too good to be true so naturally I had to double check that it was GF. The waiter ensured me that it was GF and that many ask the same once they see it.

No GF bread I’ve ever tried could compare to the focaccia. I ordered a pizza & pasta and after my first bite my eyes seriously started tearing up. My partner and I agreed that this was the best pizza we’ve EVER had; gluten or not. My partner and I talked about the food the ENTIRE night; throughout our whole date until we went to bed that night.

Finally, a safe place I can eat and feel NORMAL without getting sick. (I’m extremely symptomatic)

The BEST food. Gluten free pizza, pasta, and bread. They are very cautious. Eaten here many times and never a problem!

This restaurant is really a gem. The gluten free focaccia was excellent and you could barely tell the difference between it and the normal focaccia. The prosciutto plate was some of the best prosciutto we have ever had. As a main dish we had the cacio e pepe with the handmade gluten free tagliatelle. It was phenomenal! And for dessert the chocolate mousse with the gf cookie crumbles and berries was so delicious!

This was such an amazing meal and their knowledge of gluten free made the experience even better.

This place not only has excellent food, they have great ambience as well! They do not take reservations and there is always a wait. The waiter was aware of celiac and made me feel very comfortable that whatever I ordered, could be made gluten-free. He said that all of their pasta dishes (aside from the ravioli and lasagna) can be made gluten-free. They even brought gluten-free focaccia bread to the table. I ordered the Taglierini. Handmade pasta, pesto, pomodoro D'oro, & imported burrata. It was scrumptious!

Food was so delicious. My husband and i had the penne alla betola which seems so basic but it is not basic and so delicious. We also shared the pizza. My husband isn’t gluten free and said this was the best he has had!
