Great gluten free options. Service is a bit slow, but it's worth the wait.

I was visiting from out of town and was excited to know I could go to a place with gfree pancakes. I drove several miles to get there so I was disappointed that they were not open. There was a sign on the door stating sorry for the inconvenience. I will still try another time. It looked like a really cute cafe. Luckily down the main street is a place called Alpha and Omega Roasting Company. They have gluten-free toast and today two kinds of gfree muffins. 😊

Menu items are marked GF, and they have a good number of options for DF as well. Food was good, and the server knew as soon as I said celiac that I needed GF meal. It's a small location, and we did have to wait over half an hour for our food, but it was good brunch!

They had just about the most delicious gluten free and dairy free pancakes I’ve ever had. Separate griddle, etc. Worth the trip. Highly recommend.

Lots of clearly marked GF and DF options. Owner/cook’s daughter has celiac and is strict about keeping safe protocols. GF food comes out on a blue-trimmed plate to distinguish it from regular meals. I had the country biscuit breakfast which was delicious. All food is made to order, so don’t expect a quick meal. Staff is friendly and attentive.

i have celiac so i am very picky about where i eat. my boyfriend does not like to eat gluten free, so sometimes it is hard finding a place. this place has delicious gluten free and regular food. the people were so nice and made personal connections with us. our server, peggy, was truly caring and made sure we had everything we needed. the food came out quick and was amazing. definitely recommend for anyone who has dietary restrictions or just someplace to eat. it is a small restaurant, but the quality is immaculate. i cannot recommend this place enough

Idk if things have changed since past reviews but the wait time on a ridiculous. It wasn’t very busy and we just ordered breakfast items. From the time our order was taken until it was to the table was 45 minutes. Food was good but portion sizes are small for the cost. We all left hungry.

YUMMY YUM YUMMY. This morning was the first time we discovered this place and I wish we knew about it sooner. They had the BEST FLUFFIEST GF blueberry pancakes that remind of pancakes I had before being GF. My daughter LOVES LOVES biscuits and gravy - she found here heaven here.
They also have the best GF cookies that remind me of cookies before GF days. Fluffy, moist and super soft.
Must try their homemade lemon syrup. Everything GF is made in a separate space. Definitely going back.
— Yes, the establishment is dedicated gluten-free

Owner has a celiac family member, so the kitchen has separate prep space and griddles. Plates are marked with a red dot to indicate GF plates. Had the GF/DF waffle, so good and would recommend.

Love this local place. GF biscuits & gravy & GF waffle wonderful. Rare to find GF biscuits out. Owner there & has daughter-in-law with Celiac. She uses all separate utensils & cooktop for GF. My kids enjoy the GF pancakes & they love the special cinammon syrup. I just get the regular syrup. Only downside is service is slow. Very friendly.

Or visit was very pleasing. They had gf options for the whole menu and everything tasted amazing. The staff was very pleasant and super knowledgeable. Weekday was quick service, but they are packed on the weekends, plan for a little bit of a wait.

Just about everything on the menu can be made GF best GF carrot cake, slow service but worth the wait
This a great place. So nice to have many about an free options. Love the biscuits and gravy. My grandkids love it too. Always want to come here when they spend the night!
Staff was friendly but they only have one cook and one waitress. I ordered a breakfast thing to go and after 30 minutes, they still hadn't started my order.
Got sick both times I ate here, I'm guessing it is cross contamination and I'm sensitive.

Great food, friendly service and safe for celiacs! This will be a definite stop for us on trips from KC to STL.

Love this place! Mind you, the service is VERY slow, but well worth the wait. Friendly staff and FANTASTIC FOOD. The biscuits and gravy are my favorite!

This is a great little place! Almost everything on the menu has a GF option. I had blueberry pancakes--so good! The owner is a very sweet lady.
They use all separate equipment to make their gluten free options. All of their food is made from scratch, and you can tell a lot of love goes into all the food they make. I have ordered red velvet cupcakes for a party through them, and they were wonderful. My favorite breakfast item is their blueberry pancakes.. and don't forget to order them with their homemade cinnamon syrup- It's to die for!
Yes
Excellent homemade biscuits and gravy, pancakes and waffles.
Everything can be made gluten free except for one or two - so many options!!! I got biscuits and gravy and every pastry they had!!!!!
Yes
So many options- the GF blueberry pancakes are to die for. If you are coming on a busy time like Saturday mornings, be prepared to wait a bit, but so worth it!
We liked the cozy atmosphere but food took forever to come.... and the order wasn't right. The GF French toast was just Udi's store bread brushed with egg wash....not soaked through for that custard like quality and it was expensive. I can do better at home. Country fried red potatoes were outstanding! So, some light at the end of the tunnel. Very cute little place. With practice it could be excellent.

Drove 30+ minutes to try this restaurant...so worth the drive! Felt completely safe eating here. Owner and staff were beyond friendly and food was fantastic! SO reasonably priced too! Will definitely be back!

Service was bad, owner ignored us, even though she greeted the two other tables. Food took 45 minutes to arrive with no check-in or apology. Again, only two other tables seated. Gluten free biscuit was dry and dense. Not impressed, was really hoping to find a good source of g/f fare without worrying about getting sick. Won't be back.

Great customer service, very nice staff. My crumble cake was one of the best GF cakes I ever had. It was not too sweet and had good texture. I highly recommend this place.

Good all day breakfast food especially the gluten free pancakes and biscuit and gravy. There are lunch items as well. 99 percent of the menu has a gluten free option. A mom and pop kind of place owner was onsite working. Train caboose was neat. Very clean smaller size restaurant. Does have bottle soda and beer.
Yes
GREAT GF free options. I had the waffle and it was delicious, the best GF waffle I've had. I had a bite of my daughter's biscuits and gravy. The gravy is as good as my wife's. We are from Dallas but will be back when we're in town. The owner is very knowledgeable about GF food preparation and cross-contamination should never be a problem.

My daughter has celiac disease and I am also GF and this place is great! They are super friendly and the pancakes and biscuits and gravy are amazing! They also have GF cookies and brownies that are amazing!

I read the reviews for this cafe and wanted to try it for myself when I was in town. I had the two egg breakfast with biscuits and gravy and it was excellent!! The food was so good and it was made to order. The staff was very pleasant, and the prices were quite good. I met the owner and she was so nice. They have lunch options too. I can't wait to go back here the next time I'm in town.
