Owners and staff are knowledgeable about celiac and mark order as 'gluten allergy.' Unfortunately the last time I ate here, my NIMA detected gluten in my tacos. However, the chips and guac were safe. So, I would definitely be cautious about eating here if you're celiac. I probably won't risk it anymore.

Took extra precautions for my wife who has celiac. Knew just what they were doing and safe or not safe items. Not to mention the tacos were super good. Highly recommend.

They took gluten free quite seriously. I thought the tacos were “ok”... They actually had some odd combinations. But yes, I felt safe eating there.

Server was knowledgeable. So very good! There was very little in the menu that has gluten. Did not get sick.

Food was excellent. Everything but the short ribs are gluten free. The charred corn starter was amazing. They also have organic fountain sodas. Staff was very nice. Starter portions are generous.

Great chips and guacamole . Trendy tacos, good staff ask lots of questions.

The food here is amazing. The staff was very well educated. When I asked about being a celiac and what I could eat I was told there is only one thing on the menu that is not gluten-free. They even have gluten-free chips and salsa because they never fry anything in their fryer except corn. Nice friendly staff very clean and nicely decorated inside we will eat here again
