The server was very knowledgeable and helpful. She told me all about their allergy procedures.

Fantastic meal. I had the grilled chicken Parmesan with a side of ziti with Bolognese sauce. Waitress was very knowledgeable.

I ordered the GF Penne with Alfredo Sauce, no protein. The pasta could have used more sauce, I would come back and just order some extra sauce.

Maggianos was fabulous! Our server, Dana, brought the chef and manager out and they were very knowledgeable! They were willing to modify any dish for me! Fabulous experience!

Wonderful chicken alfredo! They have penne pasta that is gluten free. The server was very knowledgeable about gluten and made sure my meal was correct!

The food was pretty good, service was very good, but I wasn’t very confident in my order being completely gluten free. I ordered my steak without the butter sauce and it came with it, so I was worried about gluten, but it turned out fine!
The steak was free because of the mistake.

Was in town for a conference and so glad I ate here! Not only was it delicious, there were SO many options and our server right off the bat asked if anyone had a food allergy. He then explained what I could eat or modifications that could be made, and upon ordered my salad (the chopped starter salad - which was DELICIOUS!) and our server suggested I leave off the crispy pancetta because even though it itself is GF, it was apparently cooked in a fryer shared with the calamari so he suggested I omit it from my salad which was so appreciated! Portions were huge, food was delicious, and atmosphere was neat. Definitely book a reservation ahead of time if you can - we had one and by the looks of the line it saved us a lot of time. Definitely would return here!
Yes
Really enjoyed eating here. The food is good, and they have many GF items.

I’ve been here twice now. The food is great.. but the last time, when I was almost done eating, I found a piece of fettuccini in my dish. I asked if they have any pasta other than penne that is gluten free (since most places don’t) and the waitress confirmed they do not. I pointed out the piece of fettuccini and said “so this is not gluten free?” and she said no it’s not and apologized several times. I told her I’m not celiac so cross contamination won’t hurt me but it’d be much different if it happened to someone who was. She offered to remake the dish but I declined since I was practically done anyway but asked that she please address it with the staff. The manager came out seconds later and apologized repeatedly. He said he was extremely embarrassed and he had already ripped the cooks a new one. He said they pride themselves on accommodating food allergies so he was very angry that it happened. He removed the dish from the bill, comped two desserts my friend and I ordered, as well as an extra side my friend had. His response left me confident it’s not a common occurrence and it was/would be appropriately handled. I would be hesitant to go back if I were celiac, but since I’m only gluten sensitive, I will return. I wanted to share my experience though for those with celiac since this could be a major issue for them.

No dedicated GF menu, but most dishes can be prepared GF (except lasagna. Ravioli, etc.). Chef cane out to discuss recommendations and personally cooked my meal to avoid cc. Great experience!

Best GF pasta I’ve ever had. Waiter was knowledgeable about GF options. There were so many choices! I don’t have celiac, but it seemed to be celiac friendly. I would highly recommend if you are GF by choice. If you have celiac, perhaps call ahead to confirm.
Had a great meal here tonight! The chef came out to speak to me and was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He walked me through their kitchen procedures and was very reassuring. I would definitely eat here again! Very yummy!

The best service I've ever had. Server was knowledgeable about GF, checked with chef on anything he didn't know, was vigilant with food brought to the table by the runner. AND GF dessert. It was lunch, but I couldn't resist having some creme brûlée. It was very good (not great, but very good).
Yes
Very celiac friendly!
Great food, staff was concerned about my celiac options, came back several times to check with me. I highly recommend stopping by for a wonderful meal.

When we said we were celiac, the chef came out himself to review the menu with us and make sure he could accommodate our needs. He helped is pick an appetizer - baked calamari instead of fried. They substitute gf penne for the pasta options. My daughter had the meat sauce and I had Shrimp Fra diavola both of which were delicious! All sauces are made in house and gluten free. We will definitely come back.

They have gluten free ziti that you can sub for most of the pasta dishes, which is nice. I ordered the vegetable primavera, and it was decent - not the best. I will try a different dish if we go back.
Both times I ordered to go and got the wrong meal. They gave me the wrong sauce and forgot to add the grilled chicken both times. The pasta was good and I had no reaction, but very very salty. Probably won't go back
Service was great! But not to many choices for gluten free! Food was ok..
Awesome gluten free meal, actually had ravioli for the first time in three years. Even got dessert, waitress was awesome, I highly recommend.

Got gluten full pasta when gluten free was ordered. My son was sick all night as a result. Waitstaff seem very under trained and did not have a clear understanding of what was GF. And what was not. Staff turns over so I wanted the next celiac customer to avoid this problem.

We ate here twice while in Philly for the marathon. Both times it was fabulous and the servers very friendly. They accommodated our gluten free and dairy free request with a smile.
I've been to this location 5 times now in my two stops to Philly...always a great staff and the food is always good. These people know their stuff and actually understand what it means to be gluten-free! I have no concerns for my safety in eating here. I return every year and each time I'm never let down.

My friend and I sat and ate at the bar. I told them that I couldn't eat gluten, and they were super helpful. They double checked things with the chef, and my salad, pasta, and creme brule were delicious.
Delicious. Waiter was helpful. Great pasta choices...had baked ziti . Salads were great. Will be going again. If u order light or typical (ie spaghetti or NOT seafood) you can get out of there with a drink (not alcohol) for under 20.00 per person... Prices range from 12.00 to 22.00 with some in lower 40.00 (lobster and steaks)
Went to Maggiano's, informed the hostess of our daughter's needs, she indicated it would be no problem. Our server, Krista was fantastic and immediately ask who was GF. Spoke directly to my daughter and ask if she would like the chef to come out to speak to her. He did and was extremely pleasant. He addressed my daughter's questions. Food was incredible, ambiance fantastic, service was phenomenal. I would highly recommend.
Fabulous service, food and accommodations . All sauces gluten free they have gluten free pasta and will make any dish you see gluten free if possible.
One type of pasta, good marinara sauce. Good. No salad. Have been to others in this chain that give a free gluten brownie. Not even on the menu. gypsy
They can substitute gluten free pasta, but there are so many other parts of the dish and some contain gluten. The menu doesn't provide any clarity and the staff was not helpful, and why should they have to recite the menu to me? Just indicate in the menu was can be gf with the substitution.
That said, the steak I got was not that great.

I am not celiac. I do have an intolerance that makes me quite uncomfortable for several days after exposure. We had Thanksgiving dinner here, and I never had a problem. I have to say our server was fantastic. She helped me find dishes that I could eat, and was very attentive to my diet restrictions. It was fantastic. I did not eat the spaghetti because of the reviews on here. I do eat Barilla at home with no problems though. Idk.
