This was my first dinner out as a Celiac. Man was I impressed with the level of respect from their staff. They are highly educated on Celiac. They have more options for GF items than they did years ago. Although, still lacking on GF desserts, but you can always get Creme Brûlée. Who doesn't like that? The food was amazing. Definitely plan to go back often!
They had some kind of chips for before dinner that were pretty good. I had the ziti & it was amazing! The atmosphere, the food, the people all 5 stars. I will return.

Incredibly careful with your food. chef came out to talk to me about menu options and then the manager came to take my order on a giant yellow ticket that way they knew for sure it was an allergy ticket. I have a dairy allergy as well as celiac and there were many options. had veal and potatoes. was amazing. I will definitely be returning! !!

I went here on a trip because of the EXCELLENT reviews. However, while they have GF pasta and ensure lack of cross contamination, I was brought the wrong pasta dish. I confirmed with both my waiter and the gentlemen that brought the food to me and they told me it was for sure GF. Then they came running back a minute later, after I had finally started to eat, telling me it was not! I still have three days of my trip left so we will see how I react. They were very apologetic and the manager and the chef stopped by. My meal was not charged but, as those with celiac know, nothing tastes good after knowing I had eaten "real" pasta :(
The gluten free pasta was amazing! The staff and atmosphere are also top notch! Glad they have one in my home state as well!

someone needs to change the price estimation for this place on this ap (more like $$$$), we were not dressed for this style of resteraunt! no gluten free menu. food and drinks were good, lovely place.
Had two takeaways from Maggiano's while on holiday in Orlando. They have gluten free penne which they can substitute in on most dishes. The barmaid, Sara, who took our order was very knowledgeable, and even remembered me and my gluten intolerance when my girlfriend went there alone the second time we ordered a takeaway!
Great selections for GF! Server was extremely knowledgeable. Chef was very accommodating. So many choices. One of the best selections. Great taste. Good dinner overall as well. Take GF very serious.

Wow, very attentive staff! The executive chef came out to take my order. They have GF chips they bring out at the same time as the complimentary bread for the others. Usually I stare longingly during this part of the meal but the chips were a lovely distraction. Maggiano's also also has lots of GF options and a delicious GF pasta.
Wow! This place is great, cool atmosphere. My first time to go to an Italian place since diagnosed 3 years ago. The chef came out to talk to me about gluten free and explained my options and how they prepare it. I had the GF pasta rigatoni D, which was delicious! My husband got the GF lobster carbonara which was super amazing. My daughter got chicks size GF pasta with Alfredo sauce and said it was the best pasta she's ever had! No reaction to the food and our waitress was great!!

Had a reservation and was seated 15 mins late. gf pasta was tough and extremely salty. so salty it was inedible. was taken off the bill but I went back to the hotel still hungry. However, I did not get glutened, so that deserves 3 stars.
Chef came out, and made a delicious meal. Whole family loved it! Chicken Alfredo with asparagus over GF penne, kids lived GF penne with meat sauce, husband loved Caesar salad and twice cooked potatoes. To top it off, Creme brûlée desert!! Yummy! We will be back!

Maggiano's is one of the best GF chain restaurants I've ever seen. Even though it is a chain, every restaurant feels like a local eaterie. GF menu is extensive and plenty of options. Side Caesar salad is the best GF salad I've ever had. The GF pasta and meat sauce tastes great. Chef speaks with you about the GF options and makes sure that he knows dietary concerns. A+ rating! You have to eat here!

Maggiano's is an excellent choice for those wanting to satisfy their Italian food cravings. I believe that all of their sauces are GF and the GF pasta is excellent. The chef will even come to your table to discuss your allergies with you and tailor a dish to your needs.
Pasta was good. Kids portion was a little small but they sent out another bowl for free.

Chef always comes to table to ensure that you are comfortable with preparation methods. I do not recommend ordering pasta, as I do not believe they (or anyone rew) are careful enough with cross contamination between pastas on the stove. I have never had a reaction, and I am extremely sensitive to contamination.
The first time I ate here was fine. The second time they were out of GF rolls so they asked if they could comp by sending me an additional pasta home. I thought that was great and ordered the veggie penne with GF noodles (obvs). Well they sent me home with WHEAT pasta!!!! I ate 1/4 of the dish before realizing something was wrong. The noodles looked exactly the same as the GF option except orange, and the texture was softer. I became extremely ill that night and the entire next day. My boyfriend ate the rest of the dish and confirmed it was exactly the same as what he has eaten at the restaurant (ie wheat noodles). I'm not sure if I want to eat here again. GF control is pretty good for dining in, but I'll never do take out again. The gluten free rolls are awful, imo and not worth the calories. They could buy any brand of rolls literally anywhere and they would taste better. Not sure why they haven't caught on yet... they also take FOREVER to come out even though they supposedly start them as soon as you sit down.
I ordered a caprese salad and entree after the chef came out and spoke with me about how they could accommodate someone with celiac. The caprese salad came back cross contaminated after using my Nima gluten sensor but the entree was safe and tested gluten free. They stated the salads are prepared around other gluten ingredients and the entree was separate so my review is great for the entree and poor for my salad. I'll go again but am not totally confident it's celiac friendly so I'll bring my gluten tester to be sure. The staff seemed to really care and take interest in making the accommodations as well which made me feel comfortable.
The staff was super knowledgeable about gluten free offerings. The chef even came out to talk to me about what the kitchen would be able to do to accommodate me. A+.
I didn’t get a reaction and I am a celiac. The sauces were good but the pasta was tough. Not very good. Feel like I probably could have made better at home, but maybe this was because I got it to go. Maybe it would have been better if we ate there? Staff was very nice. Knew the GF menu. All sauces and dressings GF. Priced fairly. Probably won’t return just cause I didn’t feel like it was that yummy but I’m not disappointed we went.
I've had to stop going. One time, perfect the next something like a regular noodle mixed in to the dish.
The food is always delicious! When I let them know I need to eat gluten free, they send out the chef to personally take my order and answer any questions. Yummy gluten free rolls every time. Service is always outstanding, and I never feel like a bother for having food limitations.
I called ahead and spoke with a chef who told me they use separate strainers, separate water to cook the pasta, separate tools when preparing the gf pasta. When we got there, I let the waiter know my daughter had celiac disease. The chef came out and he walked us through the whole menu. He made the meal himself and delivered my daughter’s meal himself. I could not have felt better about her meal and safety. No issues with getting sick. We will definitely be returning customers!
They don’t have a gluten free menu but the chef came to the table and offered to make my daughter whatever she wanted. She ordered simple pasta but she had no reaction. Staff were all very knowledgeable.
They have the ability to make many things GF and know what they’re doing. They have GF pasta too. I’ve never gotten sick and been here many times. Very tasty. They also offer “lighter take” items that have fewer calories. This is my go to Italian restaurant. Yum!

I would not recommend this establishment for take-out. The person taking my order seemed unaware of gluten containing ingredients for pasta dishes (does the sausage contain gluten? I still don't know!) When we went to pick up our meals, we found that my gluten free meal was actually standard pasta- and with the wrong sauce. Without apology, they "corrected" the dish - again with standard pasta. Finally, after 45 minutes of waiting on the correct gluten free meal, we were given a bag full of (gluten containing) bread as an apology ("to apologize").
Best GF pasta I’ve ever had. Waiter was knowledgeable about GF options. There were so many choices! I don’t have celiac, but it seemed to be celiac friendly. I would highly recommend if you are GF by choice. If you have celiac, perhaps call ahead to confirm.
Great food, even better waitstaff - very attentive to our dietary needs. Lots of GF options from which to choose but no separate menu. The assistant manager came over to talk to us since we were eating GF and he was also very helpful. We will be back!
The last 2 times I've been here, they screwed up my order and had to remake my food. The chef will come out for show and pretty much just nod if the dish can be made gluten free, but they aren't terribly diligent. Take a close look at your dish and make sure they used the GF penne (pointy and grooved) and not the wheat rigatoni (smooth and cylindrical).
*updated* I initially had fabulous experiences here, but after eating successfully 3-4 times, I got very sick 2 times in a row. The first time I was accidentally served regular pasta and I thought it tasted too good to be gluten free but I ate it and became incredibly sick. The second time I believe it was cross contamination. Both times I called the restaurant. After the first incident, the management was incredibly apologetic. After the second, they blamed me as being too sensitive to eat out because they can't control if a waiter touches bread and then touches my water glass. I thought that was a bit far fetched and insulting. Unfortunately, I no longer feel comfortable eating here.
Went with 8 other people, so we ordered Family Style. The waiter brought me a Gluten-Free version of the 3 of the items we ordered. The sautéed calamari was good. The Grilled Chicken Piccata was lacking flavor, it just needed a little more lemon sauce. The Braised Beef with Gluten-Free Penne instead of Pappardelle was excellent, I don’t know what brand of gluten-free pasta they used but it was the best I’ve ever had. For dessert, the waiter brought me a dish of strawberries since we ordered Cheesecake and Hit Apple Crostata. The only item I couldn’t eat was the Chef’s Italian Antipasti and I chose not to eat the Salmon.
Staff Very aware of what items have gluten. I had beef Medallions. (I'm sick of ordering it cuz only thing gf tasty on menu that isn't seafood .) But it was good. Maggianos salad has to be ordered minus prosciutto and blue cheese unfortunately. Boo that!
They will make almost anything on the menu GF! Outstanding meal!!! My family including me had a delicious meal! Highly recommended!
I called and spoke to the chef and he said they use the same serving dishes, strainers etc as regular pasta and when I pointed out cross contamination he said well they are clean to start..not Celiac safe in my opinion
I stopped in and ordered takeout for dinner. Had a long conversation with the takeout host about gluten free options. He was great and even checked with the kitchen on salad dressings. I got back to my hotel and my entree was regular spaghetti (easy to tell since it wasn't their GF penne shape). And there was a big hunk of bread in the bag. Called the restaurant and they sent someone to my hotel with a GF entree 40 minutes later. I was super sick later that night. I might dine in at a different location but I'd never do take out again.
I was very impressed with this place. The chef came out to speak to us personally after saying I had a gluten allergy. He discussed all of my options and was willing to prepare anything I wanted GF, which was incredible. Food was really, really good. LARGE portions. Not sure about how they handle cross contamination in the kitchen but I'm a sensitive celiac and I did not get sick. Definitely a great option when going out with a large group of non-celiacs.

My girls had spaghetti with meat sauce. I had chix parm with grilled chix. (3 celiacs) They even had gf creme brulee. We loved it.
Absolutely amazing!!!! Traveled to Denver as my husband came here on business. The chef came right to my table and assisted me with ordering. He even gave me a complementary appetizer as I could not eat the rolls! Delicious gf pasta. Most if not all of the sauces are gf. One of the best experiences at a restaurant since I was diagnosed celiac 5 years ago!
Pretty much any dish can be altered if necessary to be GFree. Chef came out to check on my GFree order. Excellent cuisine. Full bar and decent wine list. Sinatra always on. Can't ask for more.
The best service I've ever had. Server was knowledgeable about GF, checked with chef on anything he didn't know, was vigilant with food brought to the table by the runner. AND GF dessert. It was lunch, but I couldn't resist having some creme brûlée. It was very good (not great, but very good).
90% of the menu can be made GF. Staff was super accommodating and very knowledgable about gluten sensitivity. My sons have Celiac and the chef came to speak with us and made their meal separate to avoid any cross contamination. We had a great time!!!!
The first time I went here I had a seafood pasta which I did not enjoy. The shells were cracked all over my food and it was awful. Since then I decided to give them another chance. I explained the situation and the chef was really accommodating. I now go here regularly and the food is fab I always go for a pasta dish and tell the chef what I would like in it
Didn't get sick here! Had 2 pastas baked ziti and Alfredo sauce and ate leftovers and didn't get sick. chef came out just like everyone said. I think they only have gf penne. I like not getting sick but personally don't love the chain feel of this place.
Absolutely delicious. Chef came to table and offered to prepare 80% of the menu gluten free - not just pastas, all the main courses. Only thing couldn't modify to gluten free was desserts. Speaking of desserts- the creme brûlée was gluten free and it was outstanding, probably the best tasting I have EVER had. The food here is fresh, cooked to order, the staff is friendly, GF knowledgeable, and everything we had was so tasty. BTW they will accommodate many food allergies, ie. eggs, milk, nuts etc. Highly recommend this place even if you have to drive a little while to get there because it is so worth it.
