Jorge was our waiter. Very knowledgeable regarding gluten free, dairy free and cross contamination. Food was great, excellent service and great atmosphere! He checked several times to re assure that the kitchen was aware. Great experience, no reaction. We will be back!! Thank you!
I love Maggiano's! They understand about gluten free and their pasta is amazing! I get the gluten free chicken alfredo penne pasta and it is the best I have ever had. I think they can do most of the pastas with gluten free penne so lots of choices. Everyone working there is super friendly and the restaurant itself is beautiful. I definitely recommend this restaurant!
Good number of gluten free options. Basically anything using made to order pasta they can sub with gluten free pasta. No gluten free bread though. I had the chicken Marsala and my son had chicken alfredo, both were delicious. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The atmosphere was classic italian, very lively. More affordable than I anticipated for such a nice place!
Meal was very good. When we went recently they had only gf penne to replace in dishes. I’d had the impression they had more gf pasta options so my gf’ers were disappointed initially but food was good in the end. You just have to ask what dishes can be made gf and sub the gf penne for whatever traditional pasta is in the dish
Our waiter, Taylor, asked us almost immediately about any allergies (wheat, peanuts, and tree nuts) and proceeded to go through each of my allergies explaining what I can and can’t have. Every sauce is gluten free and almost every pasta can be changed to gluten free noodles! There were even some gluten free chips our waiter brought out in replacement of bread. The food was absolutely delicious and I have never felt better about my allergies when eating out! The experience and food was terrific!

They told me almost everything could be made Gluten free. The exceptions were Lasagna and ravioli. Makes sense to me. Food was amazing! I has the shrimp scampi! Portions were also huge!
Unfortunately this place is not suitable for actual celiacs (perhaps for people that are gluten intolerant but defo not celiacs). I got very sick after eating here about 2 weeks ago and I'm still feeling the effects of the cross contamination. Now I must also say that all the staff were extremely attentive, helpful and friendly and I do think they tried everything to avoid any contamination, however in this instance whatever approach they took didn't work. It's a pity as this restaurant had all good reviews by this app so I assumed I would have no problems. I write this review very heavyhearted as I don't like to say bad things about places that have nice staff and that have tried but I feel it's important to warn any other celiacs that there's a cross contamination possibility here as I don't want more people to have a reaction. So please be careful.
Staff are knowledgeable and there were a lot of gluten free options. Not marked on the menu, but communicate with your waiter and they will help you customize your meal. Everything is made to order and it is super easy to modify dishes. The gnocchi can not be made gf because they are coated in flour, but other then that they have tons of options. They do have gf pasta and starter chips, in place of bread.
Outstanding service and flavour! Huge portions! ALL staff is very well trained in handling food allergies!

This was my first dinner out as a Celiac. Man was I impressed with the level of respect from their staff. They are highly educated on Celiac. They have more options for GF items than they did years ago. Although, still lacking on GF desserts, but you can always get Creme Brûlée. Who doesn't like that? The food was amazing. Definitely plan to go back often!
Incredibly careful with your food. chef came out to talk to me about menu options and then the manager came to take my order on a giant yellow ticket that way they knew for sure it was an allergy ticket. I have a dairy allergy as well as celiac and there were many options. had veal and potatoes. was amazing. I will definitely be returning! !!

I went here on a trip because of the EXCELLENT reviews. However, while they have GF pasta and ensure lack of cross contamination, I was brought the wrong pasta dish. I confirmed with both my waiter and the gentlemen that brought the food to me and they told me it was for sure GF. Then they came running back a minute later, after I had finally started to eat, telling me it was not! I still have three days of my trip left so we will see how I react. They were very apologetic and the manager and the chef stopped by. My meal was not charged but, as those with celiac know, nothing tastes good after knowing I had eaten "real" pasta :(
Had two takeaways from Maggiano's while on holiday in Orlando. They have gluten free penne which they can substitute in on most dishes. The barmaid, Sara, who took our order was very knowledgeable, and even remembered me and my gluten intolerance when my girlfriend went there alone the second time we ordered a takeaway!
Wow, very attentive staff! The executive chef came out to take my order. They have GF chips they bring out at the same time as the complimentary bread for the others. Usually I stare longingly during this part of the meal but the chips were a lovely distraction. Maggiano's also also has lots of GF options and a delicious GF pasta.
Wow! This place is great, cool atmosphere. My first time to go to an Italian place since diagnosed 3 years ago. The chef came out to talk to me about gluten free and explained my options and how they prepare it. I had the GF pasta rigatoni D, which was delicious! My husband got the GF lobster carbonara which was super amazing. My daughter got chicks size GF pasta with Alfredo sauce and said it was the best pasta she's ever had! No reaction to the food and our waitress was great!!
Absolutely wonderful. Very good meal, waitress was attentive, house made chips were given in place of bread. I had lobster carbonara- just spectacular.

Chef came out, and made a delicious meal. Whole family loved it! Chicken Alfredo with asparagus over GF penne, kids lived GF penne with meat sauce, husband loved Caesar salad and twice cooked potatoes. To top it off, Creme brûlée desert!! Yummy! We will be back!
Maggiano's is one of the best GF chain restaurants I've ever seen. Even though it is a chain, every restaurant feels like a local eaterie. GF menu is extensive and plenty of options. Side Caesar salad is the best GF salad I've ever had. The GF pasta and meat sauce tastes great. Chef speaks with you about the GF options and makes sure that he knows dietary concerns. A+ rating! You have to eat here!
