This location holds true with most other Maggiano’s. Staff is well informed . Tested with Nima. And if you buy a pasta they give you one to take home ...
I had the beef medallions with mashed potatoes and it was delicious! The chef even came to take my order personally to assure me it would be prepared safely. What a great experience!
I called to see what gluten free pastas they have since it was hard to locate on their website and was informed the only gf pasta they have now is a penne. Sad they reduced the gf options
What a great place! The staff is very knowledgeable about celiac -- even asked if I have celiac or gluten intolerance! The Executive Chef came out and talked to me himself, making some recommendations for my meal, as well as assuring me he would be preparing my.meal himself to make sure I was safe. A little pricy, and definitely a "dining" experience (2.5 hours for dinner). Very, very good. Could not recommend more highly for a great meal!
Chef came out to customize my pasta order. I am both gluten and dairy-free, and ordered marinara sauce with mushrooms, spinach and herbs. The pasta is 100% corn. It's great that they do not upcharge for GF, and the pasta portion is big and delicious. I love that they have GF pasta and all different GF sauces! It's my favorite Italian restaurant !
Fresh and tasty. Be prepared with a cooler to bring some home. Portions are very big.

The gluten free salmon dish was spectacular! The bartender, I ate at the bar, was very helpful!!!

Went here and even after speaking with chef, GLUTEN noodles were served. 😡 don’t think we will ever return here. Has happened before. Disappointed.
I’ve eaten here twice and both times the chef came and spoke to me about precautions and safety. I got sick both times. I think if I try this place again I will bring my Nima sensor.
I ended up reacting to lettuce and Italian vinaigrette dressing which they told me was gluten free. If they can’t do that without cross contamination, I wouldn’t trust them with anything.
I ordered GF takeout pasta. They didn’t send the bread that came with the meals typically. The food was properly labeled GF. And I didn’t get sick! Ordered the Chicken Alfredo specifically. Would be willing to try it again!
Called before we went and talked to the chef and she shared what they do for gluten allergies. When we came in the chef came to our table gave options and she was amazing she gave samples so we could decide upon what we wanted she made items off the menu and she personally served the gluten free food. It was beyond and so kind. We went during the weekday and not a busy time. We will be back
