What a great place! The staff is very knowledgeable about celiac -- even asked if I have celiac or gluten intolerance! The Executive Chef came out and talked to me himself, making some recommendations for my meal, as well as assuring me he would be preparing my.meal himself to make sure I was safe. A little pricy, and definitely a "dining" experience (2.5 hours for dinner). Very, very good. Could not recommend more highly for a great meal!
Chef came out to customize my pasta order. I am both gluten and dairy-free, and ordered marinara sauce with mushrooms, spinach and herbs. The pasta is 100% corn. It's great that they do not upcharge for GF, and the pasta portion is big and delicious. Called before we went and talked to the chef and she shared what they do for gluten allergies. When we came in the chef came to our table gave options and she was amazing she gave samples so we could decide upon what we wanted she made items off the menu and she personally served the gluten free food. It was beyond and so kind. We went during the weekday and not a busy time. We will be back
