The restaurant offers both a GF deep dish pizza dough, which is excellent, and a thinner GF cauliflower crust, also good. Because they use the same oven and press they cannot guarantee that there won’t be any issues, but after several meals there, I haven’t had a reaction. I’m not celiac, just gluten intolerant.
