So happy this place exists, it’s a staple in my life. Everything is gluten free, their allergen labelling is pretty comprehensive and they have a good variety of options regardless of dietary needs.

Everything is gluten free. My son has a nut allergy as well and nearly everything is nut free too. They have a clear allergen menu by the counter. Nice to not have to worry about cross contamination. The food was fresh and tasted good. We had a lovely time here after going to the beach.

Both my children have Celiac. We eat here on a regular basis. Never had any issues and my son is more sensitive. All food options are very good. My younger one loves the Mac and cheese. It gets them to eat more veggies too.

I live down the road and every single time i eat here I get sick. Im a celiac and I dont know what it is, but something in their food contains gluten. Probably a sauce, or their tuna. Its every time I eat there, 100 percent not gluten free. Dont go if you have celiac

Wish there was one closer to home, but glad to have a place near the shore for summers to come! Everything is gluten free. Several greens or grains to choose from as the base of your bowl, plus protein and veggies choices as well as side sauces. Food was tasty and fresh. They also had dessert options but we didn't try this time. Service was helpful and friendly. There is a thorough allergy chart posted for all items. Such a great find!

Amazing establishment for Celiacs. Stopped on the way there and back from Ocean City. Completely GF, healthy, delicious. 6 and 9 year old liked it too! It’s refreshing to have piece of mind at a dedicated establishment where the whole family finishes their meal. I wish there was a location where I live.

100% gluten-free establishment so there's no stress. The options are phenomenal, so many types of rice, veggies, meats, even shrimp and tuna.. strong recommend and they have a good app to order ahead if that's your preference.

For 6 mos I only ate at home until someone told me about this place. I love the choices and everything is delicious. They have met many food allergy demands, but for me like many Celiac’s disease it’s just that disease not a allergy .

Delicious food. Food allergy ingredient list available on website. GF with plenty of vegan, dairy, sesame and nut free options with Create Your Own Bowl choice. Eat in or take out/delivery. Fast service and polite/helpful staff. Definitely a safe food environment for allergy folks.

Very safe, but I felt cheated by the Mac and cheese. They took a handful of cold cooked pasta and dumped cheese and the other ingredients on top. Not the yummy baked Mac and cheese I was hoping for. Otherwise, it was great that everything was safe and tasty.

My son (wheat anaphylactic) used to absolutely love this place as a safe dedicated GF location in Charlotte. In fact we would drive 45 min to eat there. Unfortunately they have now introduced wheat/gluten wraps (and they have a GF option) to this menu. This is no longer dedicated GF or worth the risk. Super disappointed. Changing my rating from 5 to 2 as they can’t claimed dedicated GF anymore.
Delicious fresh food and I confirmed everything is gluten free. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and they had a comprehensive list of other allergens in their food.
