Mama C's Gluten Free Goodies

It was nice to have a dedicated GF option in the area but the food was pretty average (except the biscuit which was very tasty) and the portions were super tiny. I ended up ordering (and finishing) both the breakfast sandwich and the chicken and biscuit. Either on their own would not have been enough food for a real meal. They also messed up multiple peoples orders so double check yours before you leave.

I ordered my daughter’s birthday cake for here! It was not only beautiful, it was absolutely delicious!!! We had the strawberry cake with vanilla icing. I also got a bagel that they toasted and added cream cheese - outstanding! I also got a couple cookies and cinnamon rolls, also absolutely delicious. (Yes, I shared all of these with my non-gluten free family).

I love this place, they serve great food not just a bakery. It is a dedicated GF facility and the everything I get there has been so good. They also have a wonderful staff. They also have their pastrys at a coffee shop on down the road called Community Coffee. That is good as well to stop for a coffee with pastry.

The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I never need to be concerned about cross contamination. The food is always delicious!

The aroma when you enter the bakery is amazing. The quiche was so delicious! The cinnamon rolls melt in your mouth. My children do not have to be gluten free but they got the pumpkin cake and said, "gluten free food tastes better than non gluten free food." I DEFINITELY recommend!! We will likely stop in again before we leave town.

My 8 y/o daughter had her biopsy and as promised we got her a gf treat at Mama C’s. The app made it simple and the owner was shocked. “There’s an app for that!?” She asked LOL!! The macaroon was amazing! The icing on the cupcake tasted “funny” and my daughter wouldn’t eat it but the cake itself was moist and she ate all of it.

Dedicated gluten free!! I got soft white bread, made a grilled cheese and it came out perfectly toasted and delicious. The bagels are wonderful. I also got some scones and they were also great!!

Love this bakery in South Knox! They have wonderful cookies, pot pies, breads and cupcakes.

VERY good baked goods and at a rather reasonable price (especially for entirely GF goodies). Had quiche and a cinnamon roll and both were delicious. Many pastries purchased to go and can't wait to dig in. Super friendly employees and a cute store front with a couple little 2-top tables. Everyone can find something to enjoy here, gluten free or not.

This bakery has amazing cinnamon rolls, oatmeal pies, mounds cupcakes, cookies, bread, biscuits In the list goes on.. On Saturday mornings they do gravy and biscuits.You can get take and bake biscuits and dinner rolls also. This is absolutely a little gem. I've been looking for a while for a bakery that's good with having celiac disease.

I love being able to go in and know that everything they sell is gluten free. They have some vegan options as well. Everything I have had has been amazing. I recommend the cupcakes and cinnamon rolls, and the Asiago bagels are the best I’ve had.

Call ahead and order, stop in, or sit down and eat! They have breads, pastries, pies, and coffee. This was so so good and everyone is so nice! 10/10 recommend the cinnamon rolls

The GF white bread was the best I've ever tasted! I'm from a small town in Texas and all of our GF breads are frozen. I've had fresh GF bread from other places I've visited but none as good as this. The other thing we tried was the broccoli cheddar quiche which was delicious! The crust was perfect. And the quiche was not over-salted. We tried a basil scone and a bacon cheese scone, Ginger Snap filled with cream, peanut butter cookie and a chocolate chip cookie. I have to say everything we tried was delicious! I wish I lived here and could visit often. I would definitely recommend this place 100%

Their muffins, cupcakes, and chocolate chip cookie sandwiches are delicious!!! Reasonable pricing and the staff was very nice.

I ended up throwing out the scones; they were too dry. I didn’t expect the donuts to be so bread-like and couldn’t finish them which was a little disappointing. Overall, solid 4 stars.

This bakery is wonderful!!! The staff are friendly and helpful and the food is fantastic!!! My daughter and I are both extremely sensitive to gluten and we feel great after eating here. We'd give them a 10 if we could!

The everything bagel is amazing! My current obsession is the creme filled ginger snap cookie sandwich. Dedicated GF facility.

Being in an area that is limited in what they can offer, this was a great place to get some food for snacking/treats.

The owner is a sweet woman who used to bake from her house and found success. I understand why.
