Mama Mia Pizza

I had a BBQ chicken pizza with no cheese (dairy allergy too). When I told cashier about gluten and dairy allergy he marked it on our ticket so they would change gloves and take precautions. Great staff!!

It’s the typical cauliflower 12” crust that comes from Gordon Food Services (GFS). They also have a rice crust that is 10”. Disappointing that they don’t make anything fresh. These are just typical bought crusts that ha e been dressed as pizzas. GO UPSTAIRS and look around the free museum. You don’t have to eat there to do this. It’s old and dirty but there are cool old photos and videos showing the building of Mackinaw Bridge.

I would have to say this is the best gf pizza that I have ever had. To top it off the person taking my order advised me the hamburger and Italian Sausage both had gluten

Pizza was good but expensive. Nice they have gluten free pizza and they get it:)
