Very little gf on the menu. Accommodated celiacs. Didn’t have any problems with food itself but the Food was subpar. Service was horrible.

Decent pasta.

Pretty mediocre for the price. GF pasta is safe, but no GF bread available. Overall, nothing special and would direct you to other GF friendly restaurants in Estes Park.

Our waiter had a heavy accent but was willing to ask others when we hit a bump in our questioning about how safe the food was. The minestrone soup is actually just veggies and beans in a vegetable broth and is naturally gluten free. I ordered the chicken and sauteed vegetables. Both components of the meal sauteed in clean pans.
The minestrone was pretty good with white potatoes, spinach, onions, bell peppers, celery and kidney beans.
The chicken and sauteed veggies was very bland, like they didn't even add salt or pepper. My husband had the gluten filled fettuccine with an order of the veggies and said the veggies were bland and the fettuccine was bland but less so than the veggies. After calling the other highly review places in town, this sounded the safest, so if you want safe come here but bring your own seasoning salt.
The location right on the river and the building inside wasd nice. Guests were a little loud but it was a Friday night.
Edit on 9/7/19: Came back the next day for lunch. The lunch menu was very limited, only three gluten free options (minestrone soup, a lobster caesar salad and grilled veggies). I ordered a bowl of the minestrone (I ended up having two bowls because the bowls aren't large) and the waitress commented that it's the safest option for a celiac. My husband had the pork sandwich and even tried some of my minestrone (when I wad done with it). He liked the pork sandwich the best, said it was well seasoned, probably marinated. He also liked the minestrone. So my suggestion is to have the minestrone if you come.

I’m going to start off by saying that I ended up getting sick.
The server seemed fairly knowledgeable but I’m not sure she actually understands.
I ordered the only gluten free meat which was spicy sausage and they gave me the not GF but VEGAN sausage. I didn’t find out until asking why the texture was so different after eating a lot of it. The waitress said the kitchen must have given me the vegan sausage “just to be sure.” Seeing as though the vegan sausage is not gluten free I would say the kitchen staff have no idea.

GF items were marked on the menu. They were incredibly busy so the hostess took our order and seemed pretty indifferent about allergy needs which made me nervous. I ended up have no reaction to the pasta though. 4 stars only because it was really bland, nothing special.

The items on the menu were clearly marked as gluten free. I am celiac and had the zucchini pasta with meat sauce and Alfredo sauce with an Italian sausage. No reaction. Very enjoyable!

Excellent choice for gf pasta- great homemade sauces, we tried maranara and alfredo. Knowledgeable, friendly staff!

Fantastic pasta. Boiled separately. All sauces are gf. Had the dish with three sauces and melted mozzarella and gf penne. No reaction from a celiac.
Lots of gluten free choices. Great!
Gluten free pasta and excellent food. Staff said they take great lengths to prepare food free from other food, but kitchen not dedicated. I had a caper, artichoke, and garlic sauce with homemade Italian sausage.
