Well... It was quite a challenge for the waitress and owner. After explaining and a bit of discussion between them they decided that a curry would be possible. They showed me the spice/paste they use and it is gluten free. I ordered "Cary vegan" with chicken instead of tofu and it was very good!! Attention: Tofu is fried in a frier with other glutinous food but they also proposed to not fry the tofu before cooking - it stays a lot softer then. Apart from that they use rice paper for spring rolls but as they are fried they are not safe anymore.
